1. 可同时编写四个研磨程序（9U,3U,1U，ADS)，随意启动任意一
个研磨程序，提高工作效率。
2. 研磨程序采用微电脑液晶屏显示，可同时显示研磨时间，研磨
速度，及研磨次数，使工艺品质更易于控制。
3. 研磨夹具采用四角加压，由弹性垫的压入量决定研磨压力，操
作简单，产品加工精度高且一致性好。
4. 可生产符合IEC标准的几何端面。
5. 采用行星轨迹研磨方式，研磨转速可随意调整（0-110转每分）。
6. 使用新的I.P.C夹具（每个插芯可独立加压）技术使工业生产合
格率更高，并且无论是研磨一个或40个连接头，研磨效果相
同，操作灵活性高。
7. MU和LC连接头可研磨36T，SC，FC，ST连接头可达32T。
8. 使用高品质热处理过的不锈钢，是机器保持了非常高的精确性

1. Four polishing programs are stored at one machine (9um, 1um, 3um, ADS) and
any one of the program can be started. Working efficiency is enhanced.
2. Polishing program is showed on the LED screen, including the polishing time,
polishing speed, polishing rounds, and make the production quality more
controllable.
3. Polishing fixture adopt four coil pressure type. The pressure is controlled by the
four coils. It makes the product precision better and more consistent in quality.
4. It can produce the geometric surface meet the IEC standard requirements.
5. The polishing trails obey the planet orbit. Polishing rotation speed is adjustable
from 0~110RPM.
6. Use new I.P.C polishing fixture (every ceramic ferrule can be loaded
ndependently). technology ensure the high qualified rate of production. The
polishing results are the same no matter polish one or 40pcs polishing
connectors.
7. Maximum polishing capacity reaches 36pcs for MU and LC connectors. And for
SC, FC, ST. it reaches 32pcs.
