1、概述:
发酵罐广泛应用于酒类、乳制品、生物工程、制药、精细化工等行业,罐体设有保温夹层,可加热、冷却、保温。罐体与上、下封头(椭圆或锥形)均采用旋压R角加工,罐内壁经镜面抛光处理,无卫生死角,全封闭设计确保物料始终处一无污染的状态下混合、发酵,并配备空气呼吸孔,CIP清洗喷头,人孔等装置。
按照发酵工艺的不同,发酵罐的分为机械搅拌通风发酵罐和非机械搅拌通风发酵罐;按照微生物的生长代谢需要,分为好氧型发酵罐和厌氧型发酵灌。发酵罐在生物发酵工艺过程中针对发酵的要求实行对温度的自动控制及发酵全程的监控,即当温度高于或低于设定的工艺温度,冷媒/热媒在夹层中对罐内物料进行冷却/加热直到恒定温度,对发酵物料的PH值、浓度,随着发酵不断的进行实行全程的监控,以便于观察判定发酵的正常与否以及发酵的进程。
2、设备结构:
发酵罐为立式双层带搅拌结构,配桨式、框式或者螺旋式搅拌器,上标准椭圆或锥形封头,下锥形封头,可调支脚,罐体为常压压力设计,夹层0.33MPa压力设计,夹层设备全部采用优质不锈钢SUS304或316L,内表面镜面抛光处理,配置有清洗球,玻璃板液位计、人孔,电机、防爆视灯、视镜、水封式呼吸器等,发酵剂在罐内加入菌种通过搅拌器混合均匀进行发酵。

2.Tank Body
