生产线选用本公司专用HDPE(PP,ABS)管材的高效挤出机，螺杆采用带屏障和混炼头结构，机筒采用新型开槽机筒，塑化和混炼效果好，挤出量大而且稳定。为HDPE(PP,ABS)大口径厚壁管材设计的蓝模头，该模头具有溶体温度低，混合性能好，模腔压力低，生产稳定的特点。
专有技术设计的多段控制真空度的真空定径箱，保证HDPE(PP,ABS)管材的尺寸稳定性和圆度。挤出机，牵引机采用进口名牌调速机和控制，稳定性好，精度高，可靠性高。
整条生产线运行及时间由PLC进行程序化控制，设置有良好的人机界面，所有工艺参数可通过触摸屏进行设置和显示。可装配标记线专用挤出机，生产符合国家标准要求的带色标线的管材.

Special design for sizing and colling system by using film and wate ring to cool HDPE(PP,ABS) material,which can fit for the requirement of HDPE(PP,ABS). And the design can ensure the stability of diameter and roundness when producing the pipe with thick wall.
Special design vacuum sizing tank can ensure he staility of size and roundness.Speed contrellers are used in extruder, haul-pff to offer stability and precision.
The whole line adopts PLC control system and large liquid crystal screen,which makes the operation very convenient.The line can be equipped with another extruder used for extruder used for extruding the mark line.
