免烧砖机简介
由PLC电脑智能控制，采用液压传动、振动加压成型。电脑控制可根据生产不同产品、不同材料的需求，随机调整参数。各动作互相呼应及互锁，安全稳定。 随机监测故障自动提示、人机对话。
其控制系统分为四项：
1、输料系统：独特的强制式布料机构以及适应不同模具型腔变化的专用拱料杆起到强制破拱及二次搅拌的效果，可最大程度地保证大掺量粉煤灰布料的均匀一致。
2、振动系统：采取特殊技术优化布置振动轴，使振动在整个台板范围内均匀分布，从而大大提高制品性能的一致性、稳定性，在同配比的情况下做出更高质量的制品，同时有效地降低噪声。独特的固定台设计形式，可提高制品成型速度及制品尺寸的精确性。
3、液压系统：采用先进的液压双比例控制技术，可方便地对液压系统任意分支油路的压力和油量进行调控，从而可使用不同原材料生产相同的高质量产品。
4、电控系统：全过程智能控制，配备数据输入输装置，实现理想的人机对话。控制系统还包括先进的安全逻辑控制及故障诊断系统。可选配远程调控。
特点结构
主要特点在于：传动部份完全密封，自动供油，循环润滑，不需要人工注油。回转拉杆与齿轮体分离，使曲轴齿轮副完全密封。承压活塞多重防尘、密封，压力供油润滑。顶塞杆采用球面瓦副。调料机构采用蜗杆蜗轮升降，使调料轻松可靠。
该机采用高速飞轮储能、配用电机功率小、压力大、砖坯成型好。完全密封，柱塞油泵压力供油，循环润滑，整机结构紧凑合理，高效节能、新颖先进、外型美观，操作、维修方便、安全可靠。各项技术经济指标均为同类机型先进水平，是用户首选机型。本设备是八孔盘转式单向加压机械式 。压砖机构为曲柄连杆机构。
主要由减速传动机构、成型机构、调料机构、给料机构、润滑机构、电控系统组成。砖坯型腔八等份均布于回转盘上，回转盘在偏心拉杆的作用下沿中立轴作逆时针方向间歇旋转。减速传动机构、压制成型机构、调料机构、给料机构、转盘、轨道、回转机构、润滑系统、电控系统均固定在机座上。
辅助设备
该系统主要辅助设备有配料机、搅拌机、升板系统、子车系统、母车系统、降板及码垛系统等。
1、配料机。采用电脑控制，可根据选用不同原材料，输入配方的一列菜单进行自动计量，然后将材料传送入搅拌机；
2、搅拌机。适用于各种混凝土制品物料的强制拌和、搅拌，将搅拌好的物料由输送机送入成型机；
3、升板系统。采用机械同步传动，产品提升平稳，由PLC主电脑控制，将成型后的产品升至10层；
4、子、母车系统。延昌有PLC主电脑控制，利用同一变频器同时控制子车、母车的运行，实现了低速启动、高速运行，到位后自动减速、刹车、停止，将制品进入养护窑养护，同时到另一养护窑道内，将已养护好的产品运送至降板机；
5、降板及码垛系统。子、母车将产品从养护窑养护取出送至降板机，由降板机将其进行码垛，产品由叉车运至成品堆场，全线均可手动、半自动、全自动集中控制，实现了机、电、液一体化的全自动生产线。
