螺旋洗石机、螺旋洗砂机的操作
1.开机前，必须对各润滑点检查，是否有足够的润滑脂，连接螺栓必须紧固，各螺旋叶片必须紧固。
2.启动电机后，一定要等运转正常后，才能开始逐渐加料。
3.停止运转前必先停止加料，待箱槽内所有物料排尽之后，才能停止电机。
4.应经常检查螺旋的磨损情况及时更换,以免因螺旋损坏而造成不必要的损失。
螺旋洗石机、螺旋洗砂机安装、调试和试运转：
1. 螺旋洗石机运到后，使用单位应立即检查各零部件是否齐全，有无损坏。确定机器完整无损后，方可进行安装。
2. 使用单位应按照现场具体情况，设计洗石机基础施工图，将洗石机稳固的安装在结实的混凝土基础上。
3. 安装时必须将机器按安装图的要求保证倾斜角度安装。
4. 电动机安装在导轨上，以便调整皮带的松紧度，皮带轮与电机皮带轮在安装时应保证平行。
5. 按上述要求调整好后，将转子盘转动几转，以检查有无卡住、碰撞现象。
螺旋洗石机、螺旋洗砂机空负荷试运转：
1. 电机启动后，机器运转应平稳，无不正常的振动。
2. 轴承温升不超过35℃。
3. 空运转时间2-4小时，试机后，检查各处连接有无松动，并调整之。
