一、适用范围及性能特点：
本机是一种湿法小麦清理设备，适用于制粉厂清理工段中，分离小麦中的并肩石、泥块等杂质通过对小麦的淘洗清除籽粒表面及嵌入腹沟内的泥土、农药、微生物、虫卵等污染物；同时还可以增加水分，配合润麦工序，改变小麦特理特性及研磨性能。
本设备是湿法清理粮食的主要设备，应用于各种类型的面粉厂清理车间，清理混在麦粒中的并肩石、泥块及附在麦粒表面和嵌入麦沟的泥土、农药、细菌、病毒等污染物。经过洗麦机处理的麦粒的水份略有增加，使麦皮的韧性增强，改善研磨性能。本设备有重大的创新与改进：

（1）洗麦的水分可自动控制与调节。
（2）为了用户操作方便与维修，将甩干机主轴分为三节，拆卸更换下轴承十分便利，极大解决了用户因建筑物高度不足更换轴承困难的问题。
（3）去石洗麦绞龙的传动由齿轮改为同步带传动，这样既减少了油污染，又降低了噪声，提高了设备的使用寿命。
进机原粮含砂量应不大于0.3%,水份不大于12%的条件下,本机能够达到以下性能指标:
