3.手动退毯带装置，升降温时脱开毯带，延长毯带使用寿命。
4.本机设有布边纸及垫纸装置，降低毛毯污染，减少清洗次数。

1. The principal machine frame is fixed firmly and the rotation and cloth guiding design is smart & convenient. There is an internal circulation system inside roller, which can control roller surface temperature within±1℃ through internal electric-heating and oil-heat-transforming;

轴主体采用优质钢管，表面镀铬，铝制凸键伸缩灵活；配置优质橡胶内胆与快速充排气气嘴，密封效果好，使用寿命长，可拆卸轴头，维修方便。充气后单边膨胀高度可达5mm至6mm，比如膨胀前直径为74mm至75mm，膨胀后直径可达79mm至82mm，特殊膨胀高度，另行要求。3英寸键式气胀轴，通常使用卷管内径76mm。可满足客户印刷面积不受限制收放卷轴、能有效提高工效。
特征：在印刷过程中印花纸才不会左右偏移，原始的要几个人操作有啦以上2个定位系统现在只需要1个人就可以操作啦。印刷速度也有所提高.
Transfer Printing Paper Positioning System:
Printing Machine adopts air shafts increasing expansion force conditioner.
Main body of axis is made by high quality steel tube, coated by chrome on surface. scalable and flexible aluminum cam key; high-quality rubber internal bladder; quick charge and exhaust gas nipple; good sealing effect; long serviceable life; dismountable axle housing convenient to repair. The expansion height of single side could be 5mm-6mm after being inflatable. For example, if its diameter was 74mm-75mm, after be inflatable it would be 79mm-82mm. Special expansion height should be required separately. 3-inch button style air shafts; 76mm usually inside diameter; It can meet the different requirements of printing area, and highly improve efficiency.
Features: Printing paper will not shift around in printing process. Old model machine needs several workers to operate, but our machine needs only one worker with two positioning system mentioned above. Printing speed has been improved also.
4 毛毯校正系统
Blanket correction system:
毯带脱离式,毛毯采用同步调节，并且带有压力平衡杆，确保每次毛毯和加热筒压力一致，彻底解决啦在关机或停电时毛毯降温的问题，更好的保护毛毯带。
separation formula blanket, blankets adopt synchronous adjustment system and pressure balance bar to ensure that the blankets got the same pressure as the heating roller.
