本产品最大的特点是组合式设计。其前、后组件结构非常接近，经过简单改造即可实现随意组合，在用户场地就可从单辊升级到双辊，从双辊升级到三辊、四辊、五辊、六辊。
1.大滚筒采用优质304不锈钢制造，各压布轴、送带轴、张紧轴均用5mm厚的优质无缝钢管制成，保证熨平后的织物平整挺括、无夹边、减少熨痕。
2.大滚筒直径达到800mm，并且通过优化的熨平带走向设计，使被熨平物料接触滚筒的面积多达四分之三，熨平效率高。
4.进布辊、熨平滚和大滚筒间合理的差动设计，有效的提高熨平资料；直热式滚筒，提高了能源的利用率。
5.采用齿轮传动、传动平稳。变频调速传动方式，速度调节平稳、柔和、无冲击，速度调节灵活，低噪。配置了进料防轧安全挡板，可有效地防止意外事故的发生。
产品广泛适用于宾馆酒店、医院、学校、部队、等机关洗衣房以及专业洗涤公司、染纺厂等，是重要的洗涤设备之一。
