4底纸采用吸气自动走纸，可根据面纸的快慢及连续性自动同步跟踪，自动连续走纸。

6.全自动胶水补充系统，可在贴合过程中自动补充损失的胶量，并配合胶水循环回收，避免胶水损耗浪费；

7.计量辊线速度科学设计，保证上胶量均匀的同时，避免高速运转时甩胶；

8.采用胶辊清洗，使下辊干净彻底，瓦楞纸背面不粘胶，省去了频繁更换刮刀的麻烦；

9.浮动式可移动压床，确保裱合后瓦楞纸不会被压扁的同时，又保证纸板的平整挺直；
10.清洗水源采用独立水箱控制水循环方式，清洗干净，不易积胶；

11.辊筒压力单边调节，更换底纸规格时，只需单边摇到所需刻度即可，无需去试每条辊筒的压力，调机方便迅速。
