本机是在原ZSG系列立式高浓水力碎浆机的基础上改进而成的高效节能型产品。采用独特的传动设计和底部悬浮技术，在保证原ZGS型高效、快速碎浆特点的前提下，配用动力降低50%以上，达到明显的节能效果。同时底部无轴承室、无盘根密封，无需维护、永无漏水漏浆之忧。传动装置采用独特水冷减速器，万向联接，故障率极低，无易损件，易于维修。
传动方式有上传动和下传动两种形式，同样适用于低浓和中浓水力碎浆机。
例如：原来3立方高浓碎浆机配55KW电机，现在只需要30KW电机即可；10立方高浓配132KW电机，节能型只需配75KW电机。
