煤气发生炉:

    一、易操作：加煤时间靠煤气出口温度数显示无需经验操作；

煤气发生炉的主要优点： 
1.本炉采用全水套，蒸汽产量高，压力稳定，有利气化。
a.煤气炉自用蒸汽来源充分有富余，可共50-60人洗澡用水。
b.炉膛内冷却效果好，水套内套不变形。
2.本炉主体内衬选用16mm锅炉钢板制作，外衬选用12mm普通钢板制作，这样和其它厂家相比，耐 氧化、耐腐蚀、抗高温，提高炉子的使 用年限。
3.煤气发生炉装有可调分煤器挡板和锥型分煤器装置相结合使用、煤分布均匀，炉膛断面燃料厚度基本一致，从而提高煤的气化效率，杜绝冒火偏炉现象发生。
4.本炉采用五层塔形五角炉篦，材料选用铸钢件，该炉篦设计合理，能使气化剂分布均匀、运转时下渣 均匀，炉内料层分布相对稳定，能处于最佳产气状态、并降低炉渣的含碳量。
5.灰盘部份采用蜗杆蜗轮的传动装置，选用35#铸钢和45#钢来增强传动部位的抗拉、抗压的强度来保证主机在正常运行时的平稳性和持久性。
6.带隔离水封旋风除尘器、在停电停炉期间，可提高水的封闭高度，切断煤气发生炉与热工炉之间的煤气，确保产生无压，杜绝回火爆炸事件的发生。
