QY667 扫刀式双冷双热后跟定型机
后跟鞋面外缘可同时内摺定型，一般后跟定型。
1. 配有扫刀，在后跟定型的同时鞋面外缘内摺定型，扫刀结构设有选择开关。不需摺边之鞋面亦可选择免用扫刀
2. 可倾斜式楦头更方便操作员操作，调整式夹具方便鞋面与楦头完全吻合。使用任何材质，热溶胶材质更佳
3. 定型后使内衬、胶片、鞋面粘合紧密，不起皱、不变形、不起泡
4. 热楦头和热楦模都可加热，且温度可自行调整。冷楦头、楦模依客户楦头定制，可获得最准确的定型效果
5. 冷定型上配有投射灯，可获得最正确定型位置，后跟准确定型，更便于前帮机操作

QY667 Hot & Cold Backpart Moulding Machine with Wipers
Purpose: Backpart moulding machine by cold with heel margin flanging device, general backpart moulded.
Features:
1. It has the flanging wipers, backpart moulding by cold with heel margin flanging material. Wipers have device with selective switch, and can be turn off if not required.
2. The sloping last can be operated by the operator. Adjustable clippers help to cause the fastening of the shoes uppers and last model to be from A to Z accurate. Suitable for all materials esp. for the thermoplastic material. Ensure no wrinkle & pleat in the lining.
3. The inner & outer part of the mould all can be hot, and the temperature can be adjusted freely by itself.
4. Inner & outer cooling mould all can be custom-made according to the size of last provided by the size of last provided by the customers, and the most accurate moulding effect can be obtained.
Truing-up light device can let operator know accurately the position of the station.
