德力隆的装箱机和卸箱机采用三维设计，并预先三维模拟安装、运行，保证各部件的设计与安装相匹配，提高安装效率并有效增强机器运行的稳定性。采用抓取式装箱、卸箱，瓶、箱输送独立传动，适用于多种瓶型，调整方便。除安全防护罩、网外，机器还配有多处安全保护装置，操作人员一旦误入危险区，立即自动停机。本机采用德国舍弗勒INA轴承、SEW一体式电机、三菱变频器和触摸屏、施耐德继电器、MAC电磁阀等，运行平稳，噪音低。
TIE\'s crate packer and decrater are designed wtih 3D technology and demonstrated the installation and running before manufacture, to ensure each component matches accuratedly, which effectively increase the stability of the machine running. The machine adopts grabbing type crate filling, the bottles\' conveyor and crates\' conveyor are independently driven. It is suitable for different bottle sizes by simple adjustment. Except safety fence, there are safety protection device at several places. Machine will automatically stop running once operator enter into danger area. The whole machine is controled by PLC, and equipted with touch screen; all the motor and electricity components used in this machine are imported world famouse brand, which ensures the working stability of the machine.
