EL-108 Eco adopts special humidifying treatment system, the steam heat/electric heat interchange drying combination and cool curing as the fusion of three professional technologies to create such specific shrinking effect. The warp and weft yarn of fabric will be more stable in length and soft in after the pre-shrink treatment from this shrinking machine. Minimize further shrinkage problem in after washing and ironing. Make sure your garment product is in the best quality and have a

功能简介Function:
☆ 设置加湿、蒸汽回收、烘干、冷却定型区域，各功能区都以高温网带灌通连接输送，使布匹在无张力装态下在各区域进行功能处理。
Equipped with different chambers in humidifying, steam re-collection, drying and cooling zones linked up by high temperature mesh conveyor to ensure the whole process proceeding in tension-free condition.
☆ 设置废水、汽尾回收再生使用,以做布料预热加湿用途、既环保又节能。
Equipped with used water and steam recycling system, have environmental protection and saving energy during the process of wetting and pre-heating of cloth.
☆ 内置气动纠编系统，令输送网带可自行调整偏离，确保其使用寿命。
Built in pneumatic belt correcting system, aligns the deviation from the conveyor belt to ensure the life time of the belt.
☆ 加湿区以蒸汽喷射式进行，令织物在有限的时间内吸纳更多的水份，从而达到最佳补湿效果。
Applied with steam spraying in the humidifying zone, ensures cloth to absorb water as much as it can be in instant so as to achieve the best moisturizing effect.
☆ 烘干区以蒸汽发热及电加热两种热能转换组合处理，使区域温度均匀，不会使面料烫伤而留痕迹。
The drying zone applied with steam heating and electric heating two thermal energy interchange, ensure temperature disturbed evenly in the zone without damaging or over-heating the fabric.
☆ 冷却区配置强劲的上、下抽吹风功能，使布料快速冷却定型。
The cooling zone equipped with strong upper and lower exhausted blowing fans to ensure the fabric to be cooled down quickly.
☆ 布料冷却定型后采用摇臂摆动式将布匹松柔地折叠整齐，便于排列安放。
Using swinging pedal method to lay the shrunk fabric folded neatly for convenient arrangement placed.
☆ 配置高精度电子计码器，精确测量布匹数量及长度缩率。
Equipped with high precision electronic meter counter, measures the shrunk fabric length and so gets shrinkage rate.
