腻子机（补土机）

特点：
1、 本机专门为板式家具、实木复合寺板、木门、工艺品、新型建材面（如硅酸钙板，水泥纤维板等）表面不平整，进行填充而设计的，依表面平整度的好坏，决定填充的次数（建议：根据产品工艺不同，腻子涂布后建议砂光）
2、本机钢轮胶轮均由独立马达、变频器控制，速度精准，涂布腻子厚度可任意调节。
3、本机两侧机身均采用加强钢板，使机身更稳定，涂布质量更好。
4、本机反转钢轮装配进品MDC刮刀角度通过微型蜗轮减速箱来调节。
5、经本机涂布后的腻子，表面平滑，涂布均匀，大大提高生产效率。
Features
1.The machine is specially desinged for fill the non-flat surface such as the plate furnitrue , real wood composite tile, wood door, arts and crafts, and come new type of buiding material(calcium silcium silicte board, cement fiberboard).The filling tims is determined by the situation of the surface . We suggest polish the surface after putty filling using a sand paper.
2.The steel roll and the rubber are controlled by the independent motor and the frequency converter so that the precision of the speed accurate and the thickness of the putty is adjustable .
3.The two sides of the machine is made of high stuength thermal treatment steel , so the whole sturcture is very steady and the filling quality is high
4.The machine equip with an imported MDC blade . The angel of the blade can be adjusted by the micro worm gear rducer.
5.The sruface of putty filled by the machine is smooth and even so the high production efficiency and lower using.
