用途及特点
适用于对单层或多层皮革、橡胶、塑料、布料、泡棉、尼龙、人造革、PVC板、无纺布等物料的裁断作业，特别适用于宽幅面、成卷状材料的冲裁落料；尤其是对裁切有规律、刀模较小、大批量的零部件特别适用。如足球、排球、网球、砂轮切割片等。
1.采用“PLC＋编码器”人机界面的数字控制操作系统，可实现自动送料、自动排模冲切，可有五种排列图形模式选择，自动设定冲裁次数，精度高，定位精度可达0.2毫米，节省材料，工作效率高，减轻劳动强度。
2.PLC程序控制中心对操作指令的设定具有记忆功能，在断电或班后切断电源后都不受影响，便于再次操作。
3.采用快速油缸驱动，四柱导向，确保每次裁断深度完全一致。
4.操作方式有三种选择：自动、半自动、手动，自由灵活。
5.冲头可自动横移，自动定位，刀模固定采用电磁吸盘，无需进行刀模的设定，高低刀模可任意冲切，操作方便。
6.自动润滑系统，确保机器精密度和使用寿命。
USE AND CHARACTER
The machine is suitable for cutting single layer or multiple layers of leather, rubber, plastic, cloth, foam, nylon, synthetic leather, PVC board and nonwoven cloth etc. materials, especial suitable for cutting wide and coiled materials. Furthermore, it is particularly suitable for cutting parts that require small die cutter, regular cutting and batch production, such as football, volleyball, tennis ball and grinding wheel etc.
1、Digital control system of “PLC + coder” human-machine interface is adopted to realize
automatic feeding, pattern arrangement and cutting. Five kinds of arrangement figures are optional for automatically setting cutting times with high precision. The positioning precision can reach 0.2mm so as to save materials, enhance work efficiency and reduce labor intensity.
2、PLC program control center is provided with memory function for the settings of operation instructions, which are not influenced in case of power failure or power-cut after work, so as to facilitate operation for the next time.
3、With rapid oil cylinders drive, four-column guide and ensure identical cutting depth at a time.
4、Three operation modes such as automatic, semiautomatic and manual operations are optional, which are free and flexible.
5、The cutting head can carry out automatic transverse movement and automatic positioning. The die cutter is fixed by electromagnetic suction disc. Without the need of setting die cutters, the upper and lower die cutters can carry out cutting freely with convenient operation.
6、The automatic lubricating system ensures machine precision and prolongs service life.
