用途及特点
TL-6080电脑自动刷胶机是我公司完全自主开发的高性能设备，采用国际先进的电脑控制技术，操作非常方便，广泛适用于皮革制品、布类及无纺布制品、纸制品、橡胶类、电子产品等多种材料的刷胶作业。
1、操作简单，可采用示教器现场示教编程，也可在电脑上通过CAD/CORELDRAW等应用软件编号程序后转为PLT格式再下载到机器上，易学易懂。
2、最多可四轴联动，除前后，左右移动外，还可3维，斜面、弧面上涂胶。
3、高速度，采用桥式平台结构，可一边工作，一边放料，刷胶速度是人工的5-6倍。
4、高精度，刷胶表面均匀，完全无堆胶、死胶现象。
5、胶水桶内完全密封，使胶水不会干固。减少浪费的同时也避免因干固而导致二氯乙烷、甲苯、甲醛等有毒气体的挥发对工作环境的污染。
6、适用胶水广泛，如白胶、黄胶（万能胶）、PU胶、热熔胶等任意胶类。
7、可刷胶也可以喷胶，只需更换胶枪即可。
