JH-09型 火焰复合机
产品说明：
用途：用于海绵与毛绒织品、布类、无纺制品、装饰材料的复合。
特点：采用海绵本体作粘合材料，经过火焰喷射使之熔化与其它材料粘合，亦可将其它两种材料利用海
绵燃烧熔化后粘合起来，尤其适合毛绒、虎皮绒的复合，具有整体性强、手感好、耐水洗、干洗等优点
。
Usage: used for laminating sponge with nap textiles, cloth, nonwoven products and
decorative materials etc.
Features: The sponge is adopted as the bonding material. After melted by high temperature
ejected by the flame, the sponge is laminated with other materials, or it can be used to
bond other two kinds of materials after it is burnt and melt. It is especially applicable
to the lamination of nap and tiger fur nap etc., with such advantages as strong integrity,
good hand sense, resistance to water cleaning and dry washing etc.
维护与保养
1.滚筒轴承在每班开机前必须注入高温牛油
2.电机使用一年后应更换润滑脂
3.减速机每使用6个月后应更换润滑脂一次
4.使用后，必须及时清除胶点辊及其它地方的残余胶水
5.机器长时间不用，应将管道内的水放出，防止水对管道、辊筒的生锈
6.链条要保持正常润滑并及时张紧
7.电器线路应保持良好绝缘。
