● 采用真空吸附辅助送风系统，风压可调。
● 整机齿轮高频热处理，采用喷淋式自动润滑，极大提高了运转精度及 使用寿命。
● 辊筒采用优质钢，内部调质，表面研磨镀硬铬并做平衡处理，运转平 稳。
● 模切胶垫采用美国CUE公司进口，安装调换快速方便，模切刀口平整光 滑，使用寿命长，可达1200万次左右，极大降低使用成本。
● 模切辊采用横向移动装置，距离为40MM；并有气动装置控制刀模上下 移动，延长胶垫使用寿命。
● 采用速差装置，无须人员介入操作，自动调整滚筒速度，确保每批纸 箱尺寸完全一致。
