主要特点：
本机电器制动系统由PLC集中控制，由触摸屏设置分切参数，液晶屏显示控制工作状态，具有启动缓冲、停车防松、计米定长等功能，操作十分简便。
全自动张力控制系统，使放卷张力保持恒定不变，也可据工艺要求实现锥度控制。纠偏采用LPC光电自动纠偏系统，可自动“跟边”，保证基材走料位置正确。
原料装卸采用气顶式无轴装夹，主牵引及收卷分别由两台具有矢量控制变频驱动。收卷张力由PLC根据分切工艺要求设定的参数和收卷直径的变化，按数字化锥度方式自动控制。
